Yes. All Hello Victoria Tours are private, so you won't be sharing the vehicle with other travellers. It's just your group and your local driver-guide, allowing for a more relaxed pace and a more personalised day.

Our Mercedes-Benz V-Class accommodates up to 7 guests. Because every tour is private, the vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group.

Yes. We offer convenient pick-up and return from Melbourne CBD and inner-suburban accommodation, and can also arrange pick-up from Melbourne Airport or Melbourne's cruise terminal. Let us know where you'll be arriving or staying when booking.

Inclusions vary between tours and may include attraction admission, wildlife experiences, tastings, meals, cruises or other experiences. Every tour includes your private driver-guide, private transport and bottled water. Check the individual tour page for the exact inclusions for your chosen experience.

Yes. As your tour is private, we can adjust the pace and prioritise particular stops or interests where practical. If there's somewhere you particularly want to visit, let us know before your tour and we'll work it into the day where possible.

Yes. Child and booster seats can be provided at no additional cost. Please let us know the ages of any children travelling when booking so we can have the appropriate seats ready.

In most cases, yes. If your tour includes food, dining or tastings, please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking so we can work with the venues to arrange suitable options where available.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends, public holidays and peak travel periods. Some tours also include attractions, tastings or experiences with limited availability. Last-minute bookings may still be possible, so feel free to contact us if you're travelling soon.

Tours operate in most weather conditions. Victoria's weather can change throughout the day, so we recommend dressing for the conditions. As your tour is private, we can adjust the order or timing of stops where practical to make the most of the day.
