Yes. Melbourne City Nights is flexible by design. Cocktail and dining preferences can be selected during booking, and where possible we can tailor parts of the evening around your group, occasion and preferences.
Yes. Melbourne City Nights is an 18+ experience because the itinerary includes licensed cocktail venues that do not admit guests under 18.
Final guest numbers are confirmed 72 hours before the evening. Small changes are usually fine provided the participating venues can accommodate the revised group size. The standard experience accommodates up to seven guests.
Yes. Dietary requirements and preferences can be discussed during the booking process and provided to participating venues ahead of the evening.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required, although earlier booking is recommended to provide the best choice of cocktail and dining venues.
Yes. Birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations and other special evenings can all be accommodated. Optional enhancements including flowers, keepsake photography, proposal planning, discreet ring presentation and other personalised touches can be arranged upon request.
Yes. Melbourne City Nights can work particularly well for small corporate groups, visiting colleagues, client entertainment and relaxed team evenings in Melbourne.
Yes. We aim to provide your preferred venues wherever possible, but alternatives of a similar style and standard may be used if a venue is unavailable, closed for a private event or otherwise unable to accommodate the booking.
Yes. The experience includes two cocktails per person at the opening venue and house wine with dinner. Additional beverages and premium upgrades can be purchased directly from participating venues.
Melbourne City Nights runs for approximately 5.5 hours, including private transport, cocktails, dining and Melbourne after-dark sightseeing.
Smart casual to dressy evening attire is recommended. Some participating venues have dress standards, so overly casual clothing and sportswear should be avoided.
