Yes — the evening is flexible by design. Cocktail venue and dining preferences can be selected during booking, and where possible we can tailor elements of the experience around your group, occasion and preferences.
Final guest numbers are confirmed 72 hours before the evening. Small changes are usually fine provided participating venues can accommodate the revised group size. If your group grows beyond seven guests, additional arrangements may need to be discussed.
Absolutely. Dietary requirements and preferences can be discussed during the booking process and passed through to venues ahead of the evening.
While a minimum of 24 hours notice is required, earlier bookings are recommended to ensure venue availability and preferred dining selections.

We aim to provide your selected venues wherever possible. On rare occasions, alternative venues of a similar style and standard may be substituted due to private events, venue closures or unforeseen availability issues.
Yes. The experience includes two cocktails per person at the opening venue and house wine service with dinner. Additional beverages and premium upgrades are available for purchase directly from participating venues.
Melbourne City Nights typically runs for approximately 5–6 hours, including transport, dining, sightseeing and hospitality experiences.
Smart casual to dressy evening attire is recommended. Some venues may have dress standards and we suggest avoiding overly casual clothing or sportswear.
