Yes — the evening is flexible by design. During the briefing process we can tailor the atmosphere, pacing and finer details around your group, occasion and preferences where possible.
Final guest numbers are confirmed 72 hours before the evening. Small changes within your booked group size are usually fine. If your group grows beyond seven guests, additional arrangements may need to be discussed.
Absolutely. Dietary requirements and preferences can be discussed during the briefing process and passed through to venues ahead of the evening.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required. During peak periods, earlier bookings are encouraged due to limited availability.
